Welcome to Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) has become a company where employee shareholders are creating outstanding value and support every day for the customers we serve and the communities where we live and work. MEC is an employee-owned company where employees use the acronym PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Daily Excellence) as a way of doing business and treating others. MEC is highly involved and actively supports the four Wisconsin communities in which our six divisions are located; Mayville, Beaver Dam, Berlin, and Neillsville. MEC's financial performance and continued growth in a recessionary economic period are unparalleled.  Coupled with a strong balance sheet, MEC is well positioned for further significant growth. The products and services that we are able to offer are extensive and continue to expand in a complementary manner. Investment in state of the art technology, process improvement and employee skills have allowed us to grow in our existing markets and expand into new ones.

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is the parent company to six divisions; MEC Shotshell Reloaders, MEC Contract, MEC Prototype/Service, MEC Engineered Products, Phoenix Coaters, and Fabricating Specialists. There are six divisions but we are in no way divided. We refer to the divisions as members of MEC's Family of Businesses because they are just that, family. Each member in the Family plays a part in the grand picture.

MEC is a manufacturer that provides a broad range of prototyping, manufacturing, production fabricating, coating and assembly services to a variety of markets including agricultural, construction, military, recreational, medical and industrial. Along with process engineering and development services, MEC maintains an extensive manufacturing infrastructure in six Wisconsin facilities. These facilities make it possible to offer conventional and CNC stamping, shearing, sawing, laser, plasma, and water-jet cutting, forming, drilling, tapping, grinding, tube bending, machining, welding, assembly and logistic services. MEC also possesses a broad range of finishing capabilities including shot blasting, e-coating, powder coating, wet spray and military grade chemical agent resistant coating (CARC) painting.
