Fabricating Specialists became a part of MEC in July 2008 with production beginning November 2008. Located in Neillsville, WI the 50,000 sq. ft. facility has space readily available to expand. NC and CNC tube bending capabilities consist of rotary draw, mandrel or empty; multi radius stack and interpolation (push bending). Fabricating Specialists can bend round tubes reaching .625" through 7" and .625 through 4.00" square. Aluminum, aluminized coated steel, 300/400 series stainless, aluminized coated 409, steel, brass, and copper are all materials we handle. We have full compliment of fabrication to welding and end finishing consisting of bead, deburring, flaring, knurling, sizing, slotting. We have abilities to produce complex tube geometries, with cost effective manufacturing because our state-of-the-art equipment and proprietary tooling eliminates multi-piece construction and unnecessary operations. Our bend simulations allows for accurate cost model. In-house tooling capabilities and prototype-like production shortens manufacturing cycle and creates a 24-hour responsive time on quotes. Our Neillsville location has skilled workforce that has experience working with World-Class Customers.
