Fabricating Specialists, a division of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc., (MEC) announced the purchase of
two (2) facilities in Neillsville, WI; the former Regal Beloit facility located at 1515 Industrial Park Drive and
Fabricating Specialists’existing leased facility located at 1506 Industrial Park Drive.
The acquisition of these facilities will support the strategic growth plan of MEC’s Fabricating Specialists
division, an industry leading manufacturer of form tube and welded assemblies supporting a diverse client base
in the Agricultural, Construction, Engine, Military, Power Generation and Recreational Vehicle marketplaces.

Economic incentives were part of the expansion decision as well. “We were pleased with the incentives offered

MEC continues to take an aggressive posture in the marketplace investing in new capacities and capabilities
including a new facility in Beaver Dam,WI for its Phoenix Coaters’division which opened in June of 2010 and
the MEC Contract division’s purchase of a facility in Wautoma, WI in December of 2010. These expansions
and local workforces allow MEC to meet their customers’needs.
MEC, headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin, currently has six other facilities with two located in Mayville, two in
Beaver Dam, and single facilities in Berlin and Wautoma, Wisconsin respectively. Fabricating Specialists
became a part of the MEC family in 2008. Their state-of-the-art equipment, coupled with an experienced
workforce, allows them to create complex tube geometries very cost effectively. They also offer a full
complement of post bending capabilities including beading, flaring, sizing, slotting, machining and welding.
