Chad Zimmel Receives Award for Cutting Costs

Chad Zimmel presented a Six Sigma Green Belt project at the monthly CI Steering Committee on October 14th, 2009. The project targeted assebly details. Chad's team was able to add detailed operator instructions and error proof the weld fixtures to eliminate errors. This project also helped with reducing rework and scrap costs.
