The Mayville area Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Mayville presented Mayville Engineering Company a community Improvement Award for the renovation done on the old Maysteel building on Horicon Street to turn it into a beautiful addition to the City.

This is Number 962 of the two larger presses that operate at the new MEC facility on Horicon Street. You can see the newly installed pads under the press to help prevent vibration and noise. The three smaller presses also have their pads in place and work was being done to complete the work on the other large press. When standing near the press, you could not feel any vibrations when the press was in operation.
