Electro-Deposition MEC offers state-of-the-art E-coat (electro-deposition) finishing and painting. E-Coating creates a highly durable epoxy finish that can be top-coated with a variety of paints. Our Therma-Tron E-Coat system provides: Load sizes to 8-foot length, 4-foot width, and 2-foot depth, to accommodate sizable parts. Automated 11-stage pre-treatment system (cleaning, rinsing, and pickling) for maximum E-Coat bonding. Epoxy film coating is precisely maintained from .5 mil. to 1.0 mil. by an automatic voltage modulation system. Continuous statistical process control and trending assures consistent finish quality. Zinc phosphate is applied to all parts, enhancing corrosion protection.
