Sheet Metal Fastener Insertion Mayville Engineering Company has added 7 new "Auto-Cert" hardware insertion machines, together with the 9 Haegar machines already in production. The newest machines have press ability of 7.5 to 10 tons, with throat depth ranging from 20" to 36". These large openings enable MEC to respond quicker to customers who demand production in automated machines for larger parts. "Quick Change Tooling" means faster response time in getting the machines up and running. All 16 of our machines are capable of either single or high efficiency automated feeds. These machines have the latest technology, which allows MEC to keep abreast with any changes the machine manufacture might offer in the future.
